At Skyward Travel LLC, we aim to provide a smooth, hassle-free booking experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, modifications, and refunds are handled for car rentals, airport transfers, chauffeur services, and travel bookings made through our platform.


1. General Cancellation Rules

  • All cancellations are subject to the policies of our rental partners, which may vary by location, vehicle type, season, and supplier.
  • The cancellation terms and eligible refund amount (if any) will be shown to you at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through:

Cancellation is considered effective only after you receive a confirmation email from us.


2. Car Rental Cancellations

A. Before Pickup

  • Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking, provided the pickup time is at least 48 hours away.
  • If pickup is within 48 hours:
    • A cancellation fee may apply, depending on the rental provider.
    • Some bookings may be non-refundable (e.g., discounted/prepaid rentals).

B. After Pickup Time

  • If the customer does not show up or cancels after the pickup time:
    • No refund is provided.
    • The full rental amount may be charged as a no-show fee.

C. Modifications

  • Date, time, or vehicle changes are subject to availability.
  • Rate differences may apply.
  • Some bookings may not be modifiable (based on supplier rules).

3. Chauffeur & Airport Transfer Cancellations

  • 100% refund if canceled 24+ hours before the scheduled pickup.
  • 50% refund if canceled 12–24 hours before pickup.
  • No refund if canceled within 12 hours of pickup or on arrival time.
  • Additional waiting time, detours, or extra hours are not refundable.

4. Travel/Trip Booking Cancellations

(If you offer packages or multi-day bookings)

  • Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and the trip start date is 7+ days away.
  • 50% refund if canceled 3–6 days before the trip.
  • No refund if canceled within 72 hours of the trip start date.

Airline, hotel, or partner-specific charges may apply.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Missed pickup due to customer delay
  • Invalid or expired driver’s license
  • Failure to provide required documents
  • Violations of rental policies
  • Early vehicle return (partial refund not applicable)
  • Booking made under “non-refundable” promotional rates

6. Refund Processing Time

If you are eligible for a refund:

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your provider.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during the booking.
  • Transaction fees or processing fees (charged by banks or payment providers) are non-refundable.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Suspension of your account
  • Delay in resolution
  • Additional documentation requests

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before disputing a charge.


8. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)

No refunds will be issued for delays or cancellations caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Strikes
  • Government restrictions
  • Accidents or emergencies

However, we will help reschedule or rebook your service based on partner policies.


9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, provide:

  • Full name
  • Booking ID
  • Email/Phone number
  • Reason for cancellation
